A: To create an account, simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, and follow the on-screen prompts to register your account.

A: To reset your password, tap on “Forgot Password” on the login screen, and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Q: How do I update my account information?
A: To update your account information, tap on “Settings” in the app menu, and then tap on “Account.” From there, you can update your information.

A: To contact support, tap on “Profile” in the app menu, and then tap on the 3 dots on the upper right to show options, select “User Feedback” and submit your support inquiry. You can also email us at [email protected].
